Suspected Greenway Flasher Released From JailCHARLOTTE, N.C.--Charlotte's suspected "Greenway Flasher" is out of jail following his 5th arrest in three years. Police arrested Michael Adams on Monday. He has been charged with indecent exposure and public masturbation. Adams reportedly exposed himself near Kings Drive and Morehead Street. Back in July, cops charged Adams with attempted rape. He was also charged with indecent exposure in February. |
