Ten People Charged In Storage Unit Break-ins In Iredell County

IREDELL COUNTY, N.C.--Police arrested nearly a dozen people for their roles in several break-ins at storage units in southern Iredell County.  So far, police have arrested 10 people for their involvement with the break-ins.  Police say they expect to arrest more people before the case is closed.  Here is a list of the people charged:

Debra Lynn Lamp:

2 counts possession of 5 or more counterfeit instruments
1 Count Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
1 Count Trafficking in Opium or Heroin
1 Count Possession of Marijuana
1 Count Obtaining Property by False Pretense
Bond- $220,000 secured

Michael Lamp:

2 counts possession of 5 or more counterfeit instruments
1 Count Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
1 Count Trafficking in Opium or Heroin
1 Count Possession of Marijuana
Bond- $225,000 secured

Tonya Lyons:

1 Count Harboring a Fugitive
Bond- $2,000 unsecured

Ame Smart:

1 Count Harboring a Fugitive
Bond- $10,000 unsecured

Jamie Busque:

1 Count Harboring a Fugitive
Bond- $10,000 unsecured

Michael Ward:

1 Counts Continuing Criminal enterprise
1 Count Harboring a Fugitive
Bond- $50,000 secured

Daniel Charlton III:

1 Counts Continuing Criminal enterprise
1 Count Harboring a Fugitive
1 Count Possession Drug Paraphernalia
Bond- $35,000 secured

Benjamin Bordeaux:

2 Counts Continuing Criminal enterprise
1 Count Possession of Counterfeit Currency
1 Count Harboring a Fugitive
Bond- $50,000 secured

Joseph Perry:

1 count Possession of Counterfeit Currency
1 count Continuing Criminal enterprise
Also had two Non Support Warrants and
Probation Violation
Bond- $45,000 secured plus $1,885 cash

Joshua Moore:

2 counts Continuing Criminal enterprise
29 Counts Felony Breaking and Entering
4 counts Felony Larceny
2 counts Felony Breaking and Entering a motor vehicle
1 count Obtaining Property by False Pretense
1 count Possession of Stolen Goods
1 count Failure to Register as a Sex Offender
1 count Possession of Counterfeit Currency
Also had outstanding Probation warrant
Total Bond- $600,000.00 secured
