Two Salisbury Firefighters Fired After Internal InvestigationSALISBURY, N.C. --- Two Salisbury firefighters were fired after an internal investigation into allegations of sexual misconduct. Fire Cheif Bob Parnell said that sadly this is the second investigation in two years. He worked with Assistant City Manager Zach Kyle on this investigation. Two other employees were also demoted. We asked Parnell if he had plans to do something within the department to prevent this from happening again, to which he responded, "Absolutely." |
