CHARLOTTE, NC-- A new phone coating makes your cell phone completely waterproof. Sony and Samsung debuted it at the Consumer Electronics Show in Vegas on Tuesday.

The convention launched more than 20,000 new gadgets and gizmos. These included everything from dancing robots to gesture technology to control your TV or computer.
