Woman Arrested After Stealing CMPD CruiserCHARLOTTE, N.C.-- Police arrested a woman who stole a CMPD vehicle while the officer was on a service call. According to a release, a CMPD officer left his cruiser running while handling a service call when Kacie Nelson got in and drove about 4.5 miles down Independence Boulevard. Nelson was arrested near Matthews and Charged with driving while license revoked and felony larceny of motor vehicle. |
