Dog Travels 1,500 Miles in Two DaysOSWEGO, K.S.--A family in Kansas is trying to figure out how their dog traveled 1,500 miles in two days. The Lewis' let Rascal out on Thanksgiving weekend. A couple of days later a man in San Diego, California found the dog. Rascal escaped before his owners could get him. He turned up a few weeks later at a San Diego animal shelter. The Lewis' had him flown home. Google Maps says walking from Oswego, Kansas to San Diego, California would take almost 20 days. |
