SAN DIEGO,CA--A retired drug dog in California is working freelance now.

The 2-year-old dog named Chewy is helping parents sniff out kids drugs for a $150 a visit.

His San Diego owners say he can sniff out stashes and even smell where drugs used to be.

Critics call the searches an invasion of privacy but parents say it's a risk worth taking.
