Guy Steals Delivery Car and Finishes OrdersHARTFORD, C.T.-- Put down the fried rice and step away from the car! A guy in Connecticut busted for stealing a Chinese delivery car full of food. Instead of getting out of Dodge, he kept dropping off orders. Cops caught on pretty fast. They were waiting a couple orders down. Apparently the dude was pocketing the cash plus tips.
