Man Arrested After Selling Undercover Cop Chicken Sandwich

BURLINGTON, N.C.--A man is in jail after selling an undercover officer a half-eaten chicken sandwich. 

Here's the catch....the suspect told the officer the item inside the bag was marijuana. 

Now, Dustin Davis is facing charges of selling a counterfeit controlled substance.  He has been released from jail on a $5,000 bond.
