OKLAHOMA CITY, O.K.--Police say a man called 911 more than a dozen times and made sexually oriented comments towards the operators. 

Clyde Hobbs called 911 a total of 17 times.  Cops finally responded to his house and arrested him. 

He was charged with making false police reports.  He was given a $34,000 bond.
