PORTLAND, MAINE--A judge in Portland, Maine has ordered a man who calls himself 'The Whistler' to walk while he whistles. 

He has been arrested over and over again for loudly whistling in and around businesses.  The man says he whistles all day to make people happy. 

In Maine, it's considered disorderly conduct.
