SAN FRANCISCO, C.A.-- Not your typical city council meeting in San Francisco. An Activist bared it all to protest a proposed nudity ban.

The city wants people to cover up or pay fines up to $500! Some lawmakers say streets are being over run with naked people.

The ordinance would limit nudity to festivals, beaches and parades.
