Police: Man Swallows His Cousin's Earlobe During Fight
STAMFORD, C.T.-- Police say a man in Connecticut bit off his cousin's earlobe during a fight... and then swallowed it.
Emilio Mendoza, 27, was charged with first-degree assault on Monday morning after he attacked his cousin, 29-year-old Ruiz Clemente-Perez.
Celemente-Perez told police that he asked Mendoza to turn his music down because he had work in the morning. He said Mendoza began punching him in the head and the two began fighting. That is when Mendoza allegedly bit off part of his left ear and swallowed it.
According to police, Celemente-Perez was missing a part of his ear and suffered from a broken nose and fractured eye socket when they arrived.
Mendoza is held on $100,000 bail. It is unclear at this time if he has a lawyer.
