Teen Makes Prom Dress Out of Starburst WrappersISHPEMING, M.I.--A Michigan teen was the talk of her prom when she arrived decked out in a dress made from Starburst wrappers. Diane McNease got the idea when one of her friends started folding Starburst wrappers in front of her. She said it took nearly 18,000 wrappers to make the dress, hair bands and purse. As you can see, the top part of the dress is made from the wrappers and the bottom half looks like a traditional gown. McNease said it took about five months to make the dress. |
