Bridging the Foster Care GapCHARLOTTE, NC: Thousands of children in North Carolina are in the foster care system. While many of them find homes, hundreds will not. Johnson C. Smith University is leading efforts to make sure those children don't fall victim to the system. The University is holding a conference on foster care at Friendship Baptist Church.
