Burn Bootcamp: Workouts to Get Ready for Spring

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Spring into shape with with these warm weather workouts.

Devan Kline, of Burn Bootcamp, is showing us how. He says jump training with help tighten and tone your legs. He's also giving five heart pounding and leg working Burn Bootcamp exercises to get our bodies ready for the warm weather. 

Kline says if you have good hips, ankles and knees, jump training is recommended for you.
