INDIAN TRAIL, N.C. -  The East 74 Restaurant has been an Indian Trail family favorite for over 30 years.  Now, their land is about to be leased to a large corporation so diners and employees are afraid this could mean the end of their local diner.  Wilson was there today to talk with diners and employees to find out why East 74 Restaurant is more than just a diner.  Even the youngest customers love to visit East 74 Restaurant.
