CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The 7th Street Public Market had its official grand opening this week. Wilson stopped by to get his caffeine high and sugar fix and meet Bravo TV's Top Chef contestants. Wilson talked Nikki Cascone and Hector Santiago about their experience on Top Chef. Niki and Hector will have demonstrations today starting at 10:30am at the Market.
The 7th Street Public Market is a year-round market that has everything from coffe and pastries, fresh vegetables, meats, and prepared foods (and a very interesting collection of bar-b-que sauces) from local vendors and farmers.
