The Humane Society of Charlotte and CMPD Animal Care & Control have partnered together to launch their Parnership for Pets-Charlotte program. This program was created to increase the awareness in Charlotte regarding the issues of animal welfare and to get the community engaged in solving the problem of pet overpopulation.
