CHARLOTTE, N.C.-- This year marked the 18th home opener for our Carolina Panthers. Wins and losses/ rain or shine we show up to cheer on the home team but does the weather impact our record? Fox Charlotte's Tera Blake is tracking the stats for weather penalties.
