CHARLOTTE, N.C. -  Macy's at SouthPark Mall is not only geared up for shopping, but it's also working hard to help make wishes come true for children with life threatening illnesses.  Wilson was there today to find out all about Macy's "Believe" campaign and their work with the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

He had the opportunity to meet a lot of great kids from St. Anne Catholic School who have worked hard for the campaign.  But his special guest was Emily, a National Believe Day wish recipient.  Emily will be going to New York City at the end of the month to see "Wicked" on Broadway.

You can help make a wish come true for a child with a life threatening illness.  Just write a letter to Santa and drop it in the Santa Letter drop box at your local Macy's and for every letter that is dropped into the box, Macy's will donate $1 to the Make-A--Wish Foundation, up to $1 million.  Tomorrow, December 14th is National Believe Day when Macy's will double their donation to $2 for every Santa letter receives in his letter drop box on that day.

This is the 5th year that Macy's "Believe" campaign has been held to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation.  The foundation has made wishes come true for more than 170,000 children with life threatening illnesses.  Find out more about Macy's "Believe" campaign and  how you can help the Make-A-Wish Foundation at their weblinks below.
