GREENSBORO, N.C. - When X-Factor judges Britney Spears and Demi Lovato arrived at the Greensboro Coliseum for taping of the second season of the show, Derek James was in the middle of the mayhem and screaming.  Derek had an opportunity to talk with the ladies that have everybody talking.
