Charlotte, NC - He's had a varied career from starring on "St. Elsewhere" to "Bobby's World" to "Deal or No Deal."

Now, Howie Mandel is going back to his comedic roots as host and executive producer of the FOX special "Mobbed."  It's a new hidden camera dance show that takes inspiration from the popularity of internet flash mobs.

FOX News Rising's Derek James talked with one of his game show heroes and was even able to get Howie to call him "Amazing." Yes, he told us we had to write that.

"Mobbed" airs Thursday night, April 31st at 9pm on FOX Charlotte.
