CHARLOTTE, NC: The Democratic National Convention is marking 100 days until President Barack Obama delivers his acceptance speech at Bank of America Stadium. There's still plenty of work to be done in preparation for the three day long convention. Today, the DNC released a new campaign video called "I'm There". FOX News Rising's Terrance Bates gets an update on the progress from DNC Committee Chairman Steve Kerrigan.
