CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Baseball season is a few weeks away, so why not copy the pro's and do the intense training they do?

Burn Bootcamp's Devan Kline was a pro-baseball player. He's showing us how to get inspiration from your home team during your workout.

Kline says he trains people just like he would if they were in the Big Leagues.

The three components of training are speed, balance and power.

Agility ladders are great for speed.

Kline demonstrates balancing on one leg with a medicine ball.

For a power workout, throw a 10 lb ball hard on the floor.
