CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Consumer Reports has given 1,159 hospitals across the country a safety rating. The rating is based on six criteria. Doctor John Santa, from Consumer Reports, talks to Fox News Rising's Terrance Batesabout the criteria and the decision to review hospitals.
