CHARLOTTE, N.C. -  The ballots are now set for the November election. Yesterday, North Carolina voters settled a handful of races that were undecided after the May primary. Dr. Eric Heberlig talks with FNR's Terrance Bates about voter turnout and the results - especially the 9th district Congressional race.
