CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Get your girlfriends together to re-live your prom days while helping raise money for kids battling cancer.

The red carpet rolls out for the first ever "Queen City Mom Prom" Friday at the Havana Banquet and Ballroom in Cornelius. The event benefits the Cookies For Kids' Cancer organization.
