CHARLOTTE, NC: Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools is dealing with one of its toughest budgets ever. A final decision on how much CMS will receive from Mecklenburg County hasn't been determined. Still, cuts will be made. What kind of changes are in store for CMS classrooms and will students feel the effects?
