CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The two-day Rural Hill Scottish Festival and Loch Norman Highland Games kicks off Friday in Huntersville. The event is in its 19th year. It features live music, games & competitions for the kids, dancing and much more. Organizers say there is something for everyone at this festival.
