Dr. Tony Hyser: Getting the Juicy Facts on 'Healthy' Drinks

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Throw some fruits and vegetables into the blender, and you have a quick, healthy shake for breakfast! Right? Wrong! 

Dr. Tony Hyser is putting the squeeze on some so-called healthy drinks.

He says the sugar content of pre-made berry smoothies can be more than two candy bars! You'd be better off going with the candy.

Hyser says, be careful of that strawberry milk, too!
