CHARLOTTE, N.C. - For Wilson, Earth Day is not just a day but a way of life, so he continues his "way of life" at Ballantyne Corporate Park for their special Earth Day event.  Stop by today and get documents and electronics shredded and recycled. Wilson learned how to create a "habitat in a box" bird feeder,  found out how the new Publix grocery stores opened in the Charlotte area are commited to making sustainability a top priority and why shredding is important to help prevent identity theft.

Shredding began at 8am today and continues until 1:30pm.  From 11:30am until 1:30pm, stop in for lunch with either the Roaming Fork or the Maryland Crab Co. food truck and enter to win a bicycle.  The event will also include vendors and music
