CHARLOTTE, N.C. -  It was early today when Wilson stopped by the Habitat Restore to check out the warehouse full of items that came in before the end of the year.  From funky frames to school desks and even massage chairs, Wilson found it all.  If Wilson can find something he needs, so can you. 

Habitat Charlotte is celebrating 30 years in Charlotte building Habitat for Humanity homes.  As of December 14th of last yer they have funded 85 Habitat homes, 12 of those in 2012.   They are a leader in recycling and will pick up items that you can't deliver yourself, just give them a call.  In 2011 they actually recycled  946 tons of scrap metal.

The two Restores in Charlotte are open Tuesday through Saturday, donations are accepted Monday through Saturday.  See the link below for more information.
