CHARLOTTE , N.C. -  The Urban Ministry Center's sole purpose is to end homelessness of people, one life at a time.  Wilson was at the center today to find out how they go about connecting with people to help them.  He found out that there is more to the center than just a hot meal when he was there to find out more about True Blessings, their annual Thanksgiving Luncheon.

Before he was to speak at the luncheon, Tommy Tomlinson, writer with the Charlotte Observer,  talked with Wilson about the importantance of his project with photographer Mark Atkinson.  Tommy and Mark came together to bring to life the story of some of the people that they met that have come to Urban Ministry.  Their stories are a part of "25000 Blessings," a project to raise donations for the Urban Ministry Center.
