CHARLOTTE, N.C. -  It may still be cold outside, but inside the Mint Museum Uptown spring is in full bloom thanks to their new exhibit Allure of Flowers.

Allure of Flowers: Botanical Motifs in Craft & Design was described by Sarah, who is a Curator with the Mint, as "a multi-sensory mega experience."  Artists from around the world have interpreted individual flowers, bouquets and gardens in artistically in various artistic forms.  Exhibits include glass, ceramic, textile and jewelry designs.  The exhibit will continue at the Mint Uptown until August 10th.  For more information on the exhibit click HERE.

Another great exhibit that is coming to the Mint Uptown is Women of Vision: National Geographic Photographers on Assignment.  The photographs of the 11 women featured in the exhibit are some of the most powerful and compelling that have been published by National Geographic in the last decade.  The exhibit starts on March 29th and runs through July 20th.  For more information on this exhibit click HERE.
