Wilson Hangs Out with the Chickens at Renfrow Hardware

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -  Wilson is always up before the rooster crows, but this morning he was hanging out with the chickens at Renfrow Hardware & General Merchandise in Downtown Matthews.  With a long history in the area, Renfrow Hardware has been around since 1900 and has just about everything under the sun, from chickens to seeds and plants and can even sharpen your lawnmower blade.  Stop in and enjoy a nice cold soda while getting a key made.

The store is next door to the Matthews Farmers Market.  So, this weekend stop by the Farmers Market and then drop in at Renfrow's to check out the new chicks that should be hatching this week and the greenhouse behind the store.  Check out their website at renfrowhardware.com to find more about the store, their products and the classes they have available.
