CHARLOTTE, N.C. -  If you love a tasty stack of pancakes, you need to head out to Atherton Mill and Market this Saturday morning, June 1st.  Wilson was there this morning to give us a preview of the 3rd Annual Fire Department Auxiliary Pancake Breakfast.  For only $5 you will get pancakes with toppings, juice or coffee.  The fire fighters will be doing the cooking while you enjoy your breakfast.  The pink lady fire truck will be there as well as the real fire department mascot, "Chief.".  The breakfast is from 8:30am until 10:30am

The Fire Department Auxiliary supports the Charlotte Fire Department helping injured fire fighters as well as the families of fallen fire fighters.  This year part of the auxiliary's proceeds will go to the family of Michael Gross, a former Charlotte Fireman,  who was injured during the bombing at the Boston Marathon and to the West, Texas Fireman's Relief Fund to aid in the aftermath of the explosion there.

Atherton Mill and Market will be celebrating their 3rd anniversary on June 8th.
