Wilson Previews this Year's St. Patrick's Day Parade
CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Charlotte's St. Patrick's Day Parade and the Charlotte Goes Green Festival are this Saturday , March 19th in Uptown. It was the "Wilson Entertainment Show" with organizers, entertainers and float particpants. And who did he call? Ghostbusters!
Irish dancers, unicycle riders from Cornelius Elementary School, the Budweiser Clydesdales and even the "Ghostbusters" are only a few of the participants in 15th annual parade.
The Charlotte Goes Green Festival is located on S. Tryon St. between 1st St & 3rd St. Festival hours are 10AM – 6:30PM and it will feature Irish music, Irish dancers, bagpipers, food, vendors and plenty of beverages. And best of all... it's all Free!
The parade will start at 11:00 A.M. at Tryon and 9th street in uptown Charlotte. And will run South to Tryon St. and 3rd Street.
