CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Wilson was in the garden today...that is the Biergarten at the new location of Olde Mecklenburg Brewery.  On August 15th OMB will complete their move to their newly renovated location and open their doors to the Charlotte community.

OMB is the oldest microbrewery in Charlotte, all of the beer that is produced at OMB starts there and ends there.  Local restaurants and bars have their beer on tap as well as area retailers carrying their bottled beers. The fresher the beer, the better it is.

Wilson took a tour of the largest brewery in the state to see the process of the brew and before the rains came  went outside to give us a look at their new Biergarten.  Inside in the Brauhaus he learned how to pour the perfect beer in the perfect glass.

Olde Mecklenburg Brewery will be holding their grand opening event this Friday night, August 15th from 11am until 11pm.  They will have events and music all day.  Stop by and enjoy the fun.  OMB 's new location is 4150 Yancey Road in Charlotte.
