CHARLOTTE, N.C. -  Wilson was in Uptown this morning for Day 2 of his "vector safety patrol" when he decided to bust into a nice breakfast being enjoyed by DNC delegates from Arkansas.  But, with his new buddy, a presidential look-a-like, the delegates enjoyed their morning entertainment!
