CHARLOTTE, N.C. -  Our own local resident Wilson was in Uptown today as everything was getting geared up the CarolinaFest and this week's DNC.  And in a way only Wilson can manage, he welcomes all of the DNC delegates into Charlotte.  Good thing everybody on Rising is standing by to help out with bail money when he decides to take a walk with "the president."

CarolinaFest starts today at 10am today with a parade uptown.  Stage entertainment begins at noon and runs until about 6:15pm.  Check out the weblink below for the schedule on both stages.
