CHICAGO (AP) — The Chicago Blackhawks extended their NHL-record, season-opening point streak to 21 games with a 4-3 win over the Columbus Blue Jackets last night. Brent Seabrook scored in overtime for the Blackhawks, who've earned 39 out of a possible 42 points this season.

MIAMI (AP) — Dwyane (dwayn) Wade scored 22 points, LeBron James scored 18 on a season-worst 4-of-14 shooting night and the Miami Heat extended their winning streak to 13 games by beating the Memphis Grizzlies 98-91. James added 10 assists and eight rebounds as the Heat snapped Memphis' eight-game winning streak.

SAN ANTONIO (AP) — DeJuan Blair scored 16 points off the bench to pace eight players in double figures, and the San Antonio Spurs overcame the loss of Tony Parker to beat the Sacramento Kings 130-102. Parker, the Spurs' leading scorer, went down with a left ankle sprain with late in the third quarter.

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (AP) — Luke Guthrie is the surprising leader entering third round play at the Honda Classic, the opening stop of the Florida swing of the PGA Tour. He fired a 7-under 63 yesterday and has a one-shot lead over Michael Thompson.
