No. 24 Blue Devils face UNC for ACC division crown
CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (AP) — Duke can complete its run to the Atlantic Coast Conference championship game with a win at surging rival North Carolina on Saturday.
The No. 24 Blue Devils (9-2, 5-2) have won seven straight to tie the program's single-season record for victories. If they beat the Tar Heels, Duke will win the league's Coastal Division title and face No. 2 Florida State in the league title game next week in Charlotte.
The Tar Heels (6-5, 4-3) have won five straight to dig out from a 1-5 start and become bowl eligible.
Duke beat UNC last year for the first time since 2003 and is chasing the program's first league title since 1989.
