Kenny Perry and Fred Funk missed the cut last week in the PGA Tour's Sony Open in Honolulu. Perry was the player of the year last season, winning three times and taking the Charles Schwab Cup points title. ... The tour is off the next two weeks. Play will resume Feb. 7-9 with the Allianz Championship in Boca Raton, Fla.
