CHARLOTTE, NC-  At first glance, racing and hockey don't exactly go together.  The Charlotte Checkers recently merged the two for its annual "Race Night" hockey game.  Many drivers attended the game and signed pre-game autographs for fans.  NASCAR Sprint Cup driver Joey Logano was a hockey pleayer before he was a racer.
