Panthers Linebacker Thomas Davis on Got GameCHARLOTTE, NC - Panthers linebacker Thomas Davis, who's currently rehabbing from a knee injury, stopped by FOX Got Game to talk to Kelli and Bruce about how well the defense played in the 9-3 pre-season loss to the NY Jets. Thomas felt that even though a lot of the offensive and special team starters sat out in the Jets game, the team would be ready to go for the regular season opener. Thomas' foundation, Defending Dreams, in conjunction with the Salvation Army, spent Sunday afternoon handing out school supplies to needy children. Several of his teammates including Richard Marshall and Jason Baker joined Thomas to get the kids ready for back to school.
