Senior Taylor Denton is an engaged student both on and off the field.  Taylor is a team captain for both the varsity soccer team and volleyball team at Independence High School. In 2009 she was named an All Conference Player. Taylor is an active member in her school and community. She is a honor student,  vice preident of Renssiance Vice President of Renaissance Club, a mentor for Daring to Role-Model Excellence as Athletic Mentors(D.R.E.A.M) Team. Taylor is also a student of the Academy of International Studies and has completed over 120 hours of community service--40 of those hours are internationally based. After her high school graduation she plans to attend Carolinas Health Sciences College and major in Nurse Anesthesia
