ARCA Driver Joey CoulterCharlotte, N.C. - Joey Coulter's hometown is Miami Springs, Florida, but he chose UNC Charlotte when he wanted to study Mechanical Engineering. In 1998 he made his debut racing go-carts and in December of 2009 got his first stock car victory. He is currently in his second season in the ARCA series.
