WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (AP) — Fuquan Edwin scored 24 points and Seton Hall rallied from a 13-point deficit in the final 12 minutes to defeat Wake Forest 71-67 on Saturday night.
Brandon Mobley scored on a steal and dunk with 28 seconds left to send the Pirates (7-2) into the lead. When Wake Forest's C.J. Harris missed at the other end, it led to two free throws from Edwin with 7 seconds to play. Mobley's foul shot clinched it 5 seconds later.
Seton Hall hit 63 percent (17 of 27) of its shots in the second half.
Harris, a senior guard, scored a career-best 28 points for the Demon Deacons (4-5), who were aiming to notch consecutive victories for the second time this season. Harris connected on seven 3-point shots.
Seton Hall didn't lead in the second half until the 2:18 mark on Tom Maayan's basket, pushing the Pirates to a 65-63 lead.
