Chobani has decided to voluntarily recall some of their Greek yogurt after stores reported bloating and swelling in certain products.
In a statement released on their website, the company said that it has “identified a type of mold commonly found in the dairy environment,” as the cause for the swelling containers.
The product in question is less than 5 percent of the company’s overall production and is limited to products produced at their Idaho facility. The containers have expiration dates between Sept. 11 to Oct 7 and the code 16-0-12.
